This achievement should be marked missable. There seems to be few people having problems in getting this. I suspect there's one or two ways for this to be missed.
One is not coming first in the pre-program phase, which you cannot redo. The other is if you redo events after finishing the last race program.
In my case both are true, so cannot say for sure which is the main reason. There's one other gamer that said in the comments possible not been first in the pre-program phase race.

| We have a hard time to verify your claim and are more thinking about marking it Buggy. Could you state your sources please? Do you think Buggy would be more appropriate than Missable? |

I'm still in progress of going through the "Road to WRC" again, and it'll take a while still. I've planned on checking if it is possible to redo the races you didn't win at first attempt, after finishing all the race programs. If that's possible then it has to be the pre-program where you can miss this. |

| We'll watch this thread for more input from you then! Please consider though that it suffices for a few players to not unlock an achievement as they should for it to be marked Buggy! |

| Thank you, we have added Discontinued to the latter achievement. As it might still be possible for people who had previously downloaded a ghost to get the first one, we did merely flag it Buggy. Thank you for your submission. |
