They should be removed. It is definitely possible to achieve them without an online pass. I can verify this by just earning "The Bronze Miner" and I do not have an Online Pass at the moment.
One badge required for the achievements talks about winning credits, but they get held without a Pass but still count toward the badge progress, thought I'd point that out. |
