The Covvies got competition
Hey, kids, remember a few hours ago when Microsoft basically blew every Halo fan's mind with their Halo 4 Gameplay Trailer? Boy, I know I do. Now, Microsoft and 343 are supplementing that sweet, sweet action with some screenshots in the event you wanted to see things from the trailer but, you know, not moving.

| Wow. I'll be honest I sort of lost hope for Halo awhile back, right around the release of Reach. But Halo 4 legitimately looks amazing, something I never felt for Reach/Anniversary. And with CoD:BO2 looking like a gigantic failure I think I know which Ill be purchasing this season. |

Damn, i was kind of worried about Halo 4's graphics being as good if not better than Halo Reach graphics. The way its shaping up, it looks like i won't have anything to worry about! Thats a good thing.  |

| Yup, as soon as the video went into the HUD view, all it did is remind me of my Metroid Prime playing days..... does look really nice but now all i want to do is play Metroid again :/ |

Anyone else think the new enemies are kind of like the Lambent from Gears 3?
The whole exploding orange goo thing is way too similar...

its funny, its like the space pirates are on holidays (2nd last pic). oh well they are master chiefs problem now:)
