| I've filled out and sent the contact us form at least three times, but none of them have ever been responded to. My first ticket was sent maybe over a year ago. Another was sent around a month ago. The most recent was earlier this week. I've never gotten a response, and I wish to delete my account and remove all my information. I've decided to post in the forums instead. Can someone please help me with that? |

| The one you sent on the 12th is now on the list for removal. Sorry the other 2 were missed but there's a new system in place to help action these now. Shouldn't take too long. |

| I too had thought my account was deleted, as I had requested this almost a year ago. I just discovered it wasn't when I started receiving the newsletters. Please delete mine too. Thanks. |
