I'd like just a small addition to those private messages you get when people accept your invitation to existing sessions.
As it is, the only link provided is to the TA page of the gamertag you invited, and there is no indication of the session they accepted the invite for. This generally isn't a problem when they accept it within a few minutes, but I've had people sit on them for days or weeks (for some reason) and the only indication of the session is the game title. This was particularly problematic when I was hosting Gears 3 sessions, because I had 2-5 sessions them a day, then received an accepted session invite for Gears of War 3 from several days prior.
The text is currently "[gamertag] has accepted your invitation to join the existing gaming session for [game title]." If the "existing gaming session" text could be made a link to the session they accepted the invite for, it'd be most helpful.
An extra helpful addition would be a PM sent to all other session participants when an invite is accepted, reminding them to review their session feedback because a new person was added.
Also as a small extra point, the game title in an accepted invitation PM is in all lowercase (such as one I received today for "halo 3: odst"). |
