This achievement should probably have the buggy flag. Despite the patch to fix the achievement it still seems a little buggy. I left a game running, spilling oil and unlocked the "50,000ml" achievement but not this which only requres 10,000ml to be spilt.
Then later when playing it and working through the levels, it just randomly unlocked. I don't think I'd even spilt any oil.
