New York to San Francisco - an intercity disco

The plot behind Need for Speed: The Run has to be the same plot of like, a dozen different movies, right? The protagonist is forced to participate in "an illicit, high-stakes race across the country" in order to win the $25,000,000 prize that will be used to pay off the debts of his past.

Well you won't need to race across the country to afford this deal, just to your local Best Buy if you're choosing Store Pickup. Save on the latest Need for Speed title in this Deal of the Day:

Need for Speed: The Run - $29.99 $14.99

Free shipping and Store Pickup Plus options are available.

The Run. This one was okay.

I got it for $25 not too long ago, so this is a decent price for a decent game.

The game was great for the single solid playthrough I made (one sitting, start to finish) -- but I'm not too sure of it's lasting ability.

If you're not one to rent, I'd definitely suggest nabbing it at this price; otherwise, just wait until you can borrow it from someone.

Was definitely not on the same level as the other NFS games, but I think worth 15 bucks. Single player is painfully short, but if you're looking for an arcade racer, you can't go wrong. Online is decent too.

Picking up a copy again to finish my last 3 achievements.

I enjoyed the game. However, the online was frustrating at times because people would slam into you and then be 100 yards ahead.
The achievements are not bad as far as difficulty and I am no pro racer. The only achievements that you may have to boost is for the DLC pack and those weren't bad. I was actually able to do 90% of them on my own.
Finally, I have heard that there is supposed to be another DLC pack released this summer but I have not been able to confirm this. And yes, there is an online pass required for this game.
Please, no more online co-op achievements.

I'm not a fan of racing games, but I'm sure this will be good deal for some others.

I'll never know if it's any good because when I went to play the demo it wouldn't let me try it. Instead it told me the demo had expired. Guess they don't want a sale.
So Diaboliical - I have a Gears of War 1 code I would be willing to trade please msg me if you are interested.

Single player was OK but very short. The challenges were not bad though. Online was quite bad though, cars were jumping all over the place.

I appreciate BB and their Deals of the Day... but tbh I'm not gonna take a chance on a title for more than $10. Knocking a $15 game down to $5 is waaaaaay better than knocking $60 to $20, or in this case $30 to $15.

I know your not talking about most wanted coming out is gonna show what need for speed once stood for?! That looks like they mashed burnout and need for speed together.... If u want to see what need for speed once stood for you will have to go back to need for speed under ground 2! All the need for speeds since have fallen short!
You talking? I thought I felt a breeze!

My favorite NFS game since Underground 2 would have to be Pro Street... They did it right with that game I would have loved to see a sequel to that.
