Thanks for the submission. After reviewing this, I have some questions:
These appears Collectable, rather than Cumulative. The fact is states "collect all the samples" seems to me that this is the case. If so, if any of these collectables are missed it wouldn't get the Main Storyline flag either. Could you confim this?
Could you explain how upgrades work? Do you need to accumulate XP?
One last thing, does the game have a chapter select option? |

After the 2nd level Doc Holiday tells you she needs samples of the EVOs. Every enemy has a sample which you need multiple samples until complete (you can check how many samples per EVO you need in the pause menu and by talking to Holiday) Every enemy you kill after level 2 will drop a sample (this is a random drop sometimes you may kill an enemy and it will not drop a sample which will require you to replay the level) I guess you do collect them however they aren't missable as you don't look for them they fall from enemies after death.
I didn't add time consuming to Date with Doc because even though it took me 10 hours someone could probably do faster. It's your call to add that.
As for upgrades when you kill an enemy you collect these orb things (I forget their name) which adds up in a number. Pressing the back button takes you to a menu when you can spend your collected points on upgrades such as health and weapon upgrades.
The game does have chapter select (chapter select becomes challenge mode after a level is completed main story wise but basically what it is is you replay a level with a clock on your side. Failing the challenge doesn't affect anything such as getting kicked out of the level. Beating the clock is for another achievement but the clock can be ignored) and you can go back and earn any achievement you missed so no achievement is missable by trueachievements definition plus some achievements have to be earned as you won't kill enough enemies or collect enough orbs on one playthrough |

as you have to collect items from multiple enemies. |
