Take a step inside Longbow
Who here likes playing in the snow? Who among us enjoys playing Halo multiplayer? If you answered yes to either of those, I've got some good news for you. If you answered yes to both, then do I have some especially good news for you. 343 Industries has revealed one of the multiplayer maps to be featured in their upcoming game Halo 4. Titled "Longbow", it's a classic snow-filled Halo map, continuing the tradition of the series. Here is 343i's official statement:
From Sidewinder to Containment to Snowbound to Avalanche, Halo has a long multiplayer map history speckled with various virtual snow-filled expanses. That history continues into Halo 4 with Longbow.If you're into the behind-the-scenes kind of stuff with maps and whatnot, you can check out the entire blog post here.
343i wouldn't leave us hanging with just a name and some details, of course, so they posted some screenshots of the new map as well:

For those of you interested in the overall progress of the game, 343i has said on their blog that Campaign is playable from start to finish, albeit with a few bugs and some work still needing to be done, with Spartan Ops in a similar state. Halo 4 is due out for a worldwide release of November 6th, 2012. |

| I might pick this up later. I just hope it's different to Reach, I didn't enjoy that as much as the others. |

Looks like that Invasion map from Reach DLC.
I can dig it, that was a fun (and very rare) map. |

warthogs !?! i never saw a warthog on reach mp miss them from halo 3:(
if any **** says they exist idc, i never played anything but slayer and didnt buy the dlc. |

| yay im already a fan of the snow based map loooks like to me a re do of olddddddd cliff hanger where you had to teleport but now the bases are some what connected and theres still vehcicles i love it :p will definately be playin multiplayer and co op after i beat the campaign lol or while yah more so lolalso get the preorder and legendary for 100 you get all tons of ingame fun stuff and avatar and dashboard as well :) its awesome there are perks like cod but no killstreaks so im still all in for this game ITS HALO however no kill covenant wave after wave co op is now story based co op kinda deal that intertwines with the actual story somehow and the events leading up and multiplayer is now all re worked theers perks your suite abilities and more guns and vehicles and suite spezilizations gun specs all that good stuff alot like cod but still no killstreaks so no worries wont worry bout a huge missle killing you out of nowhere lolz or a cheap helli killing you nonstop you earn the kills still so yah just to make things a lil easier for poeple who were like omg halo is now cod ? lol kinda but not really its still its own game so yup hope that helped anyone about thoughs on buying or wondered if halo just became cod like all the other shooters have |

If 343 wants my cash, they better earn it. I want multiplayer map options, I want the concept of spawn-camping completely removed, and I want stupid loadouts removed from the multiplayer completely.
And I want them to make my brain implode due to the degree of awesome. Make it happen 343. |

Looks festive.
Only got into Halo from time to time back in the day, but being an Xbox 360 owner now, Halo 4 seems like a good place to step in again. |

You could find vehicles in the BTB, Invasion, and occasionally the Objective playlists. In addition you could get Rocket Hog Race in the MultiTeam playlist. Action Sack occasionally has some random maps/gametypes that will include vehicles and a few of the DLC related hoppers had vehicles on some of the maps as well. And lastly there is always Firefight which has vehicles on at least 3 maps (2 of those maps are DLC and there are actually 4 total but one of those literally only has "forklifts" haha)
Just thought I would that info out there in case you ever wanted to use vehicles in Reach's MP. Hopefully I wasn't too big of a **** about it  |
