Aww you gotta be kidding me... oh well that sucks I can't get them
For future reference, these are discontinued, not unobtainable. Unobtainable is for achievements which have been impossible to unlock since release, and have never been possible for anyone to get under any legitimate circumstances. For achievements that were obtainable at some point, and no longer are, they would get discontinued. |

There may be a light at the end of the tunnel: [url=http://www.gamerlaw.co.uk/2012/03/timegate-beats-southpeak-i...[/url]. If Southpeak's appeal fails, then there's a good chance ranked stats can be restored.
Section 8: Prejudice is NOT affected by this prolonged outage. |

| I dont know if its the same deal on the xbox version but my friend hit search and got put into a ranked match. Im guessing its on and off all the time however |

| You can play ranked matches, but ranked stats will be unavailable, blocking all ranked-based achievements until/unless they get it up and running again. |
