US based here. Anyone have an active (but not super high level) Syndicate for IPO and Oh no you dont?
Multiplayer is surprisingly pretty active still. |

Hey,
You should try your luck on the Matchmaking forum. Since Syndicate is pretty new I'm sure you can find someone who is willing to do some boosting with you. If you can't find a suitable session or if you can't find one at all, why not create your own?
