Viral infected zombies in toques invade GamesCom 2012
With GamesCom 2012 finally here, it is no surprise that the influx of news and gaming assets are soaring in from all corners of the gaming industry, and Capcom is flying high with a fair amount of information regarding their upcoming titile, Resident Evil 6.
Resident Evil 6 has taken a step in an entirely different direction from its predecessors by not only intertwining four seperate character stories, adding four player online co-op (Ada Wongs storyline is single player only), and tweaking the gameplay mechanics to allow the gamers to shoot on the run, dip, duck and dive into and out of cover. Capcom also released information and screenshots regarding their new Resident Evil.Net, let's take a look.

Resident Evil.Net will allow players from all over the world to compare in-game data, compare with your performance with friends with many criteria ranging from gun stats and health used. You will also be able to link all of your progress to your Facebook and Twitter accounts, and compete on a global scale in special Resident Evil 6 events.
Some new screens and gameplay footage from GamesCom 2012 have surfaced that show more in-game footage from a frozen tundra, where even the infected dress for the occassion.

| This looks just like RE5 with on the move shooting now! I loved RE5, and this is going to be that much better! The people who hated RE5 are not going to enjoy RE6 either. |

Played the dragons dogma RE6 demo, wasn't really impressed. The leon/jake sections were too short to judge but seemed alright, but chris was just you shooting other guys shooting at you and SOMETIMES they turned into freaks.
Idk, maybe its too much to ask but i really wish at least one horror game would stick to horror rather than taking the action/co-op route. I miss being scared to play a game |
Not gonna be happy till more Modest Mouse is in Rb3 |
