Exclusive to the Xbox 360
Just like its predecessor, Medal of Honor, EA has announced that the latest installment in the Medal of Honor franchise will be getting a beta. Unlike its predecessor, the beta for Medal of Honor: Warfighter will not need invites -- the multiplayer beta will be open. It will also be exclusive to the Xbox 360.
The multiplayer beta features HotSpot, a mode that is new to the franchise. Set in Bosnia, players have to attack or defend locations on the Sarajevo Stadium map. Teaming up in pairs using the co-op Fireteam system will give players a competitive advantage. Those who take part in the beta will be rewarded with 60 minutes of Double XP in Warfighter itself.

In the full game, players will be able to choose from 12 Tier 1 units across ten different nations, including the British SAS, German KSK, Russian Spetsnaz Alfa Group, Korean UDT and U.S. Navy SEAL. The new Frostbite 2 engine aims to let the most elite shooters represent their chosen Special Forces.

Linkin Park fans will have an incentive to download the beta too. Five days after the release of the beta, EA will release Linkin Park's "Castle of Glass" music video. The video features a mix of live action footage and gameplay footage taken from the game. However, if the number of beta downloads hits the three million mark, EA will release the video early.

The beta will become available in early October. Medal of Honor: Warfighter is due to be released on October 23rd in North America and October 26th in Europe.

| I ended up enjoying the last games Multiplayer after playing it for a bit nothing that lasted to long though but I'm looking forward to trying this out! |
