Some loser thought i cheated in two games. For some reason TA thinks so to but i really did nothing wrong. I dont know how my achievements got the same timestamps but i imagen its the fault of the tracker, we all know there have been a few of those.
i am pro account user and i was happy with the site but when this site blaims me for something i did legit i would not like to support it anymore. So i want my money back or at least half of it cause its been about 6 months in..
who can i contact?
great policy TA blaiming your users for did nothing worng while there are cheaters all over the site that still have their account

| Where did they say you cheated? You still have your TA and GS scores and you don't have the red mark saying your stats have been removed? |

| If he's getting investigated, he would have received a PM asking to explain some things before putting the red dot of doom up in place of his/her score. Therefore, the OP would know before the public does. |

He is on a non stat account if you look at it, as for a refund it clearly states when you sign up for a pro account;
"Please note: TrueAchievements Pro subscriptions are non-refundable.
If we determine that you have hacked achievements on your gamercard, we reserve the right to stop tracking you."
Your best bet would be to appeal to the Investigation manager & hope you get back to normal account, but I doubt they would. |

and thats fine and all but i did not hack and neither i or TA can prove i hacked them. If you are asked out of 6000+ achievements to recolect all of them how and when you got them you should be fine but when you dont they just take away everythig that makes this site what it is |
