Thankies, the flags have been added I made some small adjustments to some of them. We typically add Cumulative to experience type achievements and Cumulative was also missing from some counter achievements.

One question I have is if there is an pass required to access the online part of the game?

Yes the game has an Online Pass to access both the multiplayer mode and Community Creations.
