Posted on 27 April 10 at 15:45No one has found this on the console versions. It has been seen on PC versions, but these were the results of using mods and using the console to spawn it.
Posted on 06 May 10 at 21:12I read on xbox360achievements.org that it doesnt spawn at all. its a broken piece of code. just make sure you try every car you can call in from the black market and also get the free icecream truck. the new DLC has a plane that counts too.

Posted on 29 August 14 at 12:45I remember getting this a couple of years ago and didn't download any dlc. It was definitely a pain in the butt to get everything to spawn though. I remember the Leisure Liner was my last vehicle and that it took forever to show up at the spawn point.
