Mine are in groups of franchise. So Call of Duty, Halo, Gears etc. All mine are completed games, it just looks more awesome! 
Not bragging (well a little bit  ) but my trophy case is actually pretty sweet.  |

Not bragging (well a little bit ) but my trophy case is actually pretty sweet. you need to do call of duty classic, try for halo 2 on the PC for the halos. but that is a pretty fucking good trophy case! |

Its stuff That Im either proud of ie The GOAT and retirement savings plan or stuff I had alot of fun completing ie Bad company 2 and Golden axe. Its then sorted by completed games first and achievements second in descending order of ratio.
If there are achievements Im proud of that go in stages ie difficulty achievements or rank achievements then once I earn the next highest the old one gets replaced ie I currently have Way of the Acolyte in my trophy case from NG2 once I earn Way of the warrior, the acolyte achievement will get pulled and Warrior put in its place. |

Same achievement titles but different games.
For instance: Can you dig it? (Bionic Commando and SEGA Megadrive Collection)
But I'm stuck because there is not enough slot in the Trophy Case. |

I limit myself to five, at the moment I only have four, I can't decide what to put fifth...
Currently
Rock Band 3, Dance Central, Aperture Science, Sonic Adventure

| Only completed games (including DLC) go in the Trophy Case. These completed games must have a ratio of 2.0 or higher. This goes for Arcade or Retail titles. |

The first things I put in are either HARD achievements that took skill or achievements I enjoyed. For example my top achievements IMO:
The Untouchables achievement in Left 4 Dead worth 74 pointsNo Survivors take damage after contacting the rescue vehicle.
but I also put this one in
Then I put my favorite games Ive completed. |

I mostly put achievement that are co-op and difficult at the top of the list. Recently I've been putting achievements that I down right hated getting in the trophy case. A good example is:
