So what is the last book you have read? Considering the fact that maybe some of you people read out there
For me it has been a long time since I've read a book, but I grabbed my book stash from my parents house and yesterday I finished:
Desperation by Stephen King
A book about an ancient evil that is unearthed in a small mining town called Desperation, evil and gruesome stuff abound (good ol' King). One of his older novels, also has a mirror novel, but I can't recall the name.
Next I hope to start on Lisey's Story also by Stephen King. |

| Oh geese, I can't remember... the last one I remember is State of Fear by Michael Crichton, but that was quite some time ago and I am rather certain I read something else since then. |

A Lesson Before Dying by Ernest J. Gaines. Had to read this for English. Trust me, if you're not interested books that are based around the inequality African-Americans faced, or are written in a Southern accent, AVOID THIS BOOK! I couldn't believe there was actually a movie. If you didn't like the book, then the movie was just as bad. Before that was To Kill a Mockingbird. I don't care how people praise it, how many awards it's received, or that it's a Pulitzer Prize winner. I NEARLY KILLED MYSELF WHILE BEING FORCED TO READ THIS AND WATCH THE MOVIE. |
