As you have already noticed MW and WaW have never been released on the marketplace in Australia or New Zealand and so they are not in the sale.
Can I suggest using links to the GoD instead of the general game information? For example

Next week we get Far Cry Blood Dragon, Call of Juarez Gunslinger, MLB 2K13, Nicktoons MLB, Doodle Jump Kinect
Call of Duty GoD vs retail prices in New Zealand
2 = $22 vs $16 (preowned, if you can find a copy)
3 = $22 vs $23 (preowned, if you can find a copy)
4 = NA vs $50
WaW = NA vs $50
MW2 = $13 vs $48
BO = $30 vs $53
MW3 = $35 vs $70
BO2 = $67 vs $98
So apart from COD2, this is another pretty good GoD sale for New Zealand, where we can't get disc based games for the price of a cup of coffee. I think I might pick up MW2 for
US$10.41 / £6.69 / €7.90 / AU$11.47It's worth remembering all GoD can be used on two consoles at the same time (the "family" console where you downloaded it and "your" console, wherever you happen to be logged in) and that you don't need to find the disc or make sure it doesn't get scratched or crack.
