Hey guys, maybe some1 can help or maybe it's totally screwed and i have to start a new game...
while doing mission 2-4 (tom riddle's diary) i got stuck and decided to abandon the level. i exited to hogwards and now i can't go back.
the game just continued. i am actually in chapter 3 already. but in the mission selection, the 2-4 is empty. i can't replay history and i can't free play it.
i even tried replaying history for previous mission without luck.
did something like that happen to others? do you know a solution other than starting again from zero? |

| I've heard about this before, and there are warnings about it on nearlly every walkthrough/guide I've seen. As far as I know nobody has found a solution yet, so you're better off biting the bullet and restarting now - unless they release a patch, but you could be waiting a long time... |

| I've had a similar problem while in hogwarts As the area I'm in has glitched and I can't leave a room, it's underground where some pixies are not the dragon place, I need voldemort, a character and I'm done, but everytime I return to hogwarts it takes meto the same place any ideas other than starting again as I'd probably run into a different bug |

| if it's the pendulum room, at the end of it move away from the screen as there is in fact a stair to go to the next section of the level. easy to miss if it wasn't for the fact you see the part "below" while jumping around. |

| it's that room, but i've been here before with no probs, im about 98% into it, have just a couple of things to get, know where they are and then this happens, right at the end of the level theres 2 pixies above where a box of some sort were and there not holding anything, so i can't seem to leave, but any suggestions would be great, and i will be forever greatfull, and i mean that |

assuming it's really the same room we're talking about...
from this guide:

Pendulum Row (accessible from DATDA Classroom - open the DM gate in the back)
Character: Draco Malfoy - Use IM on all the pixies holding on to the pendulums.
Character: Professor Quirrel - Go to the lower area (down the stairs) and traverse across to find the token.
Gold Brick: Go right from the above token and use IM on the pixies to knock the chest down.
so... if it's that room, you usually start at the right side of the screen. what i mean is that when you arrive to the end (the left) you might think there is no way out. however there are some stairs that go down. just move away from the camera to go down those stairs.
but TBH as you mention you're stuck... i don't really think we're talking about the same thing, because i did that in free play, and in free play you can always exit to the leaky cauldron.
if you have any way of taking a photo with a camara and post it somewhere, i'll see where you are and maybe i'll be able to help. |

| as you mentioned about the stairs, i went back and found them lol, when i was there before i was using my old xbox, but now i'm using a different one the picture is darker and so i couldn't see them, anyways, big thanx for the help, 1000g on it now |
