| Sure Norvy, it's DLC based achievements that you can obtain without purchasing the DLC. So with Crackdown, if you played as the developers intended, you'd have to buy the "Getting Busy Bonus Pack" and use the RC car to be able to do a triple flip. A method was devised to use the SUV instead of the RC car so you can obtain it without purchasing the DLC. |

The Body Armor achievement in Crackdown worth 15 pointsUse the Harpoon gun to attach 5 gang member corpses to a single vehicle
The Pack Rat achievement in Crackdown worth 20 pointsComplete any Stockpile mini-game in Co-op mode in fewer than 2 minutes and 30 seconds
You can get both of these without buying the DLC, providing you play with someone who has bought it. |

The Split Screen Pack is free and has no achievements but you can still get this achievement from it. |

Not sure if this qualifies or if it's even possible anymore but I'll tell you a little secret story that on God's honour is absolutely true. I played Fable 2 in early 2010 had trouble with the Doll Catcher but nevertheless completed the rest. I quite enjoyed it so naturally I wanted the DLC packs 'Knothole Island' and 'See the future'. I wasnt able to afford them so I downloaded the free trial version of them. I met the submarine and received the free items but was not allowed to travel out of Bowerstone. A few months later after selling the game and deleting the free DLC I found a friend willing to give me the last Doll for the last achievement, so I rented Fable 2 out and got my Doll. The night before I was to return the game to the store I decided to download the free trial DLC again. I met the submarine and received my free items, however I was astonished when I tried to travel to Knothole Island (just to see if it would stop me) and the loading screen came up. I was transported to the Island, prompted for the missions and continued to complete all the missions and received all the achievements. After eagerly returning to Bowerstone I decided to push my luck and tried to activate the 'See the future' DLC too. The same thing again, all new missions, weapons, items and all achievements complete without spending a penny. So in effect ALL the DLC Cheevos for Fable 2 are attainable without buying any DLC. When I think of all the people who have payed 1600 mp for these DLC's and I got it all for nothing. Has anybody else tried this and can confirm it? |

| How are the Fable related DLC achievements working? I remember playing them with a friend who unlocked them while I only had the free pack and they did not pop! Could you add more info please? |

The Flippin' Crazy achievement in Crackdown worth 32 pointsExecute 3 flips of any type in a single jump in any vehicle
All the achievements listed in the first post are obtainable without actually purchasing the DLC which has those achievements. |
