For those curious, I believe you can get all campaign based achievements in 3 playthroughs. I played on extreme difficulty my first run through and got all level clearing achievements, kill 5 in slomo cheeve, kill 3 with one nade, kill 10 with exploding barrels, and 2 for winning on extreme and winning on any difficulty but low.
on playthrough 2, I nabbed a 0 gs cheeve for killing 5 rats, im going for using no slomo, no boosters and not dying, obviously on low difficulty. Also finding all laptops and phone messages.
Playthrough 3 im gonna go for another 0 gs cheeve for 5 suicides, find all boosters and killing every enemy.
The extreme difficulty run is the most time consuming. But after which, playing on low is a joke. I made it half way through the campaign in about two hours on low and am currently interval 7 about 3 hours total.
*edit* after reading what I wrote, I would say everyhting is possible in. Just two playthroughs if you use a guide on your first run, but I did not. |

| you're forgetting "ammo hog." it pretty much needs to be done on a playthrough by itself. i mean, you could pair up a couple achievements with it, but only ones that are better done on other playthroughs. three is the minimum number of playthroughs. |

| Yes! Good catch.. I was actually going for this in my second playthrough as well, but botched it somehow. So in my case it will still be 4 playthroughs. I got the 'kill all enemies' cheeve in my second run without really trying for it, so that was bonus at least. |

| I would also like to note that if you're going to pop too many achievements in one playthrough, it's possible that they'll glitch and nothing will unlock. I'll check the source, as I don't remember off hand, but it's happened to someone here. |

| Hmm two is definately possible, I nearly nearly did the first run perfectly by doing Ammo Hog, Real time, no boosters and survivalist, it gets pretty tricky towards the end and thus I died twice, perhaps 3 times, but that then leaves the easy route on 2nd play through of using a guide, killing everyone and extreme, definately possible :) I haven't gotten around to doing the extreme run yet as I was annoyed at having to waste a run on survivalist, but it will happen soon :) |

| Id love to know someone that done it in 1 playthrough. doing it on extreme without dying using no boosters or slow mo and melleeing their way through the way the campaign,they would deserve a cash prize or an award or something |

First playthrough: 5rats, 50 medkits, 50 armor vests, 10 kills with barrels, 3 kills 1 grenade, not dying, no slowmo, and no boosters.
Second playthrough: 5 suicides, 5 kills with 1 slowmo, Intel, boosters, kill every enemy, beat campaign (not low).
Third playthrough: ammo hog.
It is possible, if I did extreme on my 2nd playthrough. |
