Two New Wanzers and Three New Weapons
Front Mission Evolved may have eschewed the traditional turn based structure of the series, but one norm that it clung to is customizing your Wanzer. What if you have done all the mix and matching possible? Perhaps SquareEnix can interest you in some DLC?
Showcased in this incredibly exciting DLC trailer is the "Wanzer Pack 2", available for 320 MSP, which comes with the Stork and Tatou Wanzers. The "Wanzer Weapons Pack 1" is available for FREE and includes the Dark Hog Machine Gun, Blackstone Shotgun and Sieger Rifle.

| Its just too bad the game didn't have co-op for the story mode. Its got online VS multiplayer, but no co-op. |

| Sadly Enix had their hands all over this game and it's joined the pile of incredible crappy games that fail to capture the majority! But for the select few that got the game and enjoyed it, this is great news :P |

With so many other big titles out when this hit the shelves, its not suprising that not a lot of people have heard of it!
I'm quite tempted to buy it myself, but I dont know a thing about it. Square Enix has a bad habit of slapping neon on to things then releasing them as half arsed-games. |

I'm very excited for this. I love this game.
But I refuse to buy their DLC until they put out a patch that balances multiplayer or at least allows me to play with friends in ranked matches. |

| This started out being something that looked like it possibly could have been a Chromehounds clone, or something with a persistent gaming world to go online with your friends, squad-based. Sadly, it turned out to be a mess, based on feedback from my friends. Can't believe they're offering any DLC at this point. Any DLC ideas they had should have gone into the original game. I bet you they told the dev team to hold certain weapons out specifically for DLC. If true, that would suck. I'm pretty sure alot of the dev's are doing this to soak us all for $$ |

i still have front mission 3 for the ps2 and played front mission4.i dont remember front mission 4 i just remember i didnt like it much.
for those who have played front missin evolved,was it any good?
i was thinking of getting it but games are getting so boring,simple and pathetic. |

One player can take on the entire enemy team with the right bazooka/missile setup. Bazookas = two shot kill, or even one shot on a lot of occasions. And they aren't even hard to use. Missiles are...oh god...easy mode. Auto-locking, heat tracking sons of bitches, those things. Dozens can be fired at one person in seconds.
The bad thing is, if you want to succeed, you either have to use missiles or bazookas. Or just EMP everything that moves and hope to god you kill your enemy before they unlock just to deliver a bazooka shot to your face and kill you right then and there.
And don't even get me started on the ridiculousness of the weapons loadouts. Lighter, faster Wanzers can actually hold more weapons than a heavy Wanzer that has more energy output. HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK? |
