This isn't the DLC you're looking for...
*POTENTIAL SPOILERS*
The community over at NeoGAF may have discovered what appears to be either removed content or a sneak peak at potential DLC for http://www.trueachievements.com/Force-Unleashed-II-xbox....htm .
In short, some of the files embedded in the PC version of the game indicate that Starkiller may be on his way to Endor where he would fight Ewoks, Han, Chewie, Leia, and an AT-AT. This is in addition to the standard fodder of new saber crystals, costumes, and challenges.
With the support that LucasArts gave to http://www.trueachievements.com/The-Force-Unleashed-xbo....htm it wouldn't surprise many people to find out that they've planned some DLC for the sequel. The only question might be in terms of quality and consistency since Haden Blackman (the project lead for both games) is no longer with LucasArts.

| Well its this is true and its already on the disk, imma gonna wait for the Sith edition to come out. I'm not spending another £40 on a five hour campaign. |

| If it's on disc and its part of the campaign as a 'deleted scene' i wont be impressed, the game was great fun sure but far, far, far too short. |

| I havent really had any time to play this game yet cause of all the other good games and dlc out there.But what i here from a friend is that this game is really short and the story of the game is not that great.Not sure if the dlc is worth it or not,but i'll still probably get it anyway.lol |

| Well, i'm glad I sold my force unelashed 2. The game was just a ripoff and now they want us to pay for content we already have but are blocked on using it? What size will this dlc be, 20kb? Paying 60 euros for just 3 levels (yes, I don't count one level twice and one scene as a level) with the third being almost the same as the first is just redicules. And knowing how the dlcs always sucked for the first game (i did buy them however) I predict another big ripoff. |

| From TFU's Sith Edition, Hoth, Tatooine and Jedi Temple were incredibly, /incredibly/ short and overpriced ($10 for 30 minutes of gameplay? No thanks). If they are any indication, then Endor will be incredibly short and overpriced as well. |

| the game was short so im guessing they took out chapters in the game to release it as dlc at 800 (maybe 1200) pts a wop, putting this game at 1750 gs when their done with it. GREEDY!!!! |

| Gee that's interesting. Now I wonder if they are going screw 360 users over again like they did with the Hoth dlc for the original - PS3 users got trophies while we got jack. That stung big time for me and I won't have any interest in FU2 until Lucas Arts demonstrates they won't give a big F.U. to 360 users again! |

| I didnt like the DLC for the first one as it didnt seem to fit in with the next game or anything else, I know it was ment to not fit in, but the ending of FU 2 doesnt fit in ether, I dont remember Darth being captured???? but the idea of taking down an AT-AT, when all it has to do is step on you sounds cool. |
Only the wicked get to sleep sound at night. lol |

| With all of these game's DLCs... I end up just waiting for the package with all the DLC, rather than buying the game around its release. |
