| Why do my full games turn into trial games on Xbox Live when I disconnect/sign out of Xbox Live? for example. When I'm signed into Xbox Live and playing Dig Dug I'm playing the full version....the one I paid for, then when I sign out of Xbox Live and re-play Dig Dug I get the trail version. Is there anyway to fix this? |

| I'm having the same problem. Its been going on for some time. Everything I downloaded before a certain date appears as trail offline. My profile got really messed up and it caused a bunch of problems. I can't play ME2 for example unless I'm online because of all the DLC. I've removed everything a downloaded it again but nothing seems to work. I also lost a bunch of achievements for loads of games. Saints Row, Gears of War, Oblivion, PGR3, Lost Planet. Some of which I've gone back and got. I think its the only time in recorded history where someone has lost gamerscore without it being removed by microsoft |

When you download the DLC, it's licensed to two things: the xbox, and your gamertag. I'm guessing that you're using a different xbox than you used to download it originally.
If you want to play it when you're not signed on, you can use the license transfer tool here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Support/LicenseMigration/FAQ |

| I don't know which xbox It's licensed to though. I doubt it's my first one cause I didn't have LIVE at the time but it could be my second or potentially my friends old xbox that I borrowed for a couple months. |

| You don't need to know which console it was licensed to, you just need to be at your current console. |

I thought this was common knowledge by now..
I actually download all of my stuff to other people's box because I always connect to live while I play....we effectively get two copies as long as I am on live. |

| There is a usage limit within a specific timeframe. One a year or something along those lines in order to avoid piracy issues. |
