Still never gets many points though. - Running around is really not the way to play. Low-scoring kills and makes you highly vulnerable.
It's still amazing how many people run around like idiots in order to get a 100-150 point kill. I barely ever do this, and I often win or podium in online matches (this is saying something because I suck at most multiplayer). It's incredible how many times I've got 400+ point kills as my target literally ran straight into me because they were sprinting to their target.yeah I hear you. Its how I got the acheevo for getting a kill while in a haystack. Just waited and bam! got my kill.
I think people only sprint around like they do, because they care too much about their k/d spread, so they want to get more kills quicker, so they can get more. Though, in my experience, they get more deaths than kills XD |

| If you stay cool and stay defensive, I guarantee the people running around w/ the gun will invariably kill a doppleganger; on occasion netting you points and getting them off your back for a while. |

| I don't have a problem with it TBH. When I get shot I think two things: Firstly, "Oops, I screwed up," followed by, "Oops, they screwed up and cost their team 300 points (at least) and a slot". Sure, it does help the K/D ratio, but ultimately I don't think it really contributes to 'winning the war'. I guess it all depends on how you approach the game though. I myself only really play Manhunt, so that might explain where I'm coming from. I will concede that it can be useful in the dying seconds of a match with abilities to burn... fun to use too :) |

| Yeah, I'm usually happy to be shot... It means theres one more player in the game that doesn't really understand how to play. The gun is both a waste of a slot AND waste of a kill. The only time I use it is in my "times almost up" profile, that I use when there is 30 seconds or less left in the game. |

At first my friends and myself found the prompt to reselect set-ups while respawning was annoying, but once you figure out(duh) that you can utilize various set-ups for various circumstances, you become a much more proficient player. |

| The other time I find it handy is when dealing with a target who is a perpetual sprinter/rooftop runner, or occasionally in Wanted when someone else is about to poach my kill. But generally I really don't use it. Past Lv30, it's all about the poison. |

| Yeah, I just give up one those kinda contracts, usually.... If i see hes constantly sprinting and rooftop jumping, and I've followed for more ten 45 seconds, I just kill a random target and get a new contract. |

Those kind of players aren't worth the effort and time it generally takes to get a low-scoring kill on them. But I do love it when they run right into you while chasing their target. |

Man those moments are worth 60 bucks on its own.
My biggest problem with the game is stunning... Ive had to many times were I know who my attacker was for like forever, and have him locked in, and he walks up to me, and i hit b over and over again, and I'm dead... |

| The trick there is that your assassin has to break incognito, and second of all you should get him from behind or use some sort of disable like smoke bombs. But really, stun fails to work a good 20% of the time. Which is a little diheartening. |

| I had a guy (engineer) dead to rights. I was directly behind him and yet somehow he was able to shoulder throw me - literally - to the ground and assassinate me. I have never seen this animation before (or since). VERY frustrating. |

You really have to have the jump on your opponent with Stun - it's not enough to hit it just before/as they attack you, you really need to catch them either maybe a second before they go for the kill, or while they're temporarily incapacitated from a smoke bomb.
Also it's FAR more effective when operating in pairs while hiding on Manhunt. Two of you in a crowd, the hunter goes for one, who drops the smoke bomb, allowing the other to catch the hunter unawares with a stun. |

| They should put that targets have a warning when you charge your hidden gun so they can hide in haystacks or move behind walls. It's hardly a stealth kill so you should be warned before they strike. Also, they should have one chance when using hidden gun, and if they miss, contract lost. |

I don't see what the problem is. Sure they're killing you and I bet that's frustrating, but you know they're only getting 100 points. Which is all you can get really. If you hit a streak bonus or something you might get +300 or something but there isn't anything that will naturally add to the +100.
The deal is this: you don't lose anything for dying. Sure you might loose your target but you'll get another one. And when you pull off just the one 600 point kill (seriously easy to do) Its worth 6 gun kills.
The gun has its place. Some of the rooftop maps like Mont Saint Michael make the gun very useful. Its there for when you can't quite catch up but still would rather have 100 points than none.
A skilled gun user only uses the gun in that situation. Instead of being frustrated with these people, laugh at them because they are wasting points.
Seriously, I've been shot with the gun from about 5 feet away. What a waste. |

Personally, I feel once you have unlocked the X2 loss streak bonus, it's almost never worth it to use the gun. Every loss brings you that much closer to that sweet, sweet x2 bonus...Last night I got a 1800 point kill with slow acting poison, and variety bonus x2, shot me from 6th to 1st to win the whole thing. Gotta love when a game like this awards patience. |

| As much as I agree. I also find it annoying when you have people roof surfing. I mean, yes, it's a method to get away, but you get people too often doing it, and it comes to a point where the whole opposite team do it. It's only then I decide to use the hidden gun as it's the only weapon that kills as a distance. |

In all fairness, I'd say that there are probably a lot of people using the hidden gun to try to get the challenges. Once you hit Level 50, while it's still fun playing, it's always a little more fun to have something to aim for still (e.g., challenges). I'm not a huge fan of Charge, but I'm using it at the moment until I get my Charge challenges finished. At some point, I'll do it with the Hidden Gun as well (though, I'm not looking forward to it, particularly).
In the end, though, I'll take my 700-1200 point Slow Poison kills over any of them. :D |
