Two DLC adventures set to expand the game
Konami announced details today about DLC for the most recent installment in its Castlevania Franchise, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.
In the first expansion, titled "Reverie", Gabriel returns to the Castle to assist Laura, former servant of the vampire Carmilla. Their goal is to destroy the evil which has been let loose since it is no long kept in check by the recently slain queen.
The second DLC, titled "Resurrection", picks up where the game left off and provides further insight as to the epilogue seen at the conclusion of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, as well as details on Gabriel's ultimate destiny. "Resurrection" promises to be larger then the first add-on as it also includes a "final showdown with a very notorious enemy".
"Reverie" will be available for download in February, 2011, with "Resurrection" to follow in April. There has been no word yet as to pricing or whether these DLC add-ons will include achievements. |

I take you will get to face Dracula in the 2nd DLC!!
Im loving this game, but I am stuck against Pan on Paladin. |

| I purchased this game during the Amazon Gold Box deals last month and still haven't touched it. Been waiting for the TA score challenge to begin and it looks like these DLC will be timed just right for me. ;) |

Ironically I'm more interested in the first of these than the second. The first one comes before the stupid twist ending of the game so that's always a plus. And if I'm going to go out on a limb I'm gonna say that the boss is Death seeing as how he's the most iconic enemy in Castlevania that isn't Dracula. |
Looking to boost any MP achievements I don't have for any game I own. |
