To get there, turn right after exiting the reception (there's an Avina VI right before the reception, move past that and then go right), then go straight ahead to the elevator which leads to the Council. You'll know you're there when you can only go left and when you see an Avina in front of the elevator. State your case, find Garrus, Wrex and Tali, get promoted, get a ship, get out. Most quests have markers on the map making it easier to find.
The Game Room is definitely a game I want off my list. I don't mind paying for content, but this is ridiculous. |

Same with Halo 3 XD; I just can't get used to FPS on Xbox, mouse and keyboard, I'm lethal with cqc roles, but on a controller... *hopeless* so I dread going online XD; I'll only help others gain their needed achivements XD

Midnight Club great. No doubt about that.
And for Mass Effect. Are you fucking trolling? It's not hard at all.
Oh and btw, why not try to use guides once in a while if you get stuck. Or even look it up on youtube. The internet is there to help you. |

Quake 4: I only need the #10 and #1 achievements but because of this damm leaderboard blocker there is no way I am ever going to get these achievements  |

| The only game I have on my list that I will never go back to is Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit . I was not impressed with it all. Probably because I'm horrible at it . There's no way I could ever get 100% in that game. |
