    This is not my work but i wanted to share the achievements with you all

    Overview:

    -Offline: 49 (1000GS)
    -Online: 0
    -Glitched achievements: No
    -Minimum playthroughs (offline): 1-2

    Blood Trial
    Complete “Blood Trial” challenge. 5 gs

    See Nemesis.

    Slayer
    Complete “Slayer” challenge. 10 gs

    See Nemesis.

    Nemesis
    Complete “Nemesis” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: Blood Trial (10) , Slayer (25)

    Kill 350 grunts in any way.

    Kick In The Back
    Complete “Kick In The Back” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None.

    Do 2 zip kicks. To do a zip kick, hit LT while focusing on an enemy, hit A, then hit A again while in the air.

    Swinger
    Complete “Swinger” challenge. 5 gs
    Prequest: First swing (confirmation needed)

    Swing 3 times without touching the ground. This can easily be done in the area after you get your arm.

    Leap Up!
    Complete “Leap Up!” challenge. 5 gs
    Prequest: None.

    Target a ledge, hit LT, then hit A , then hit A again. Must be done twice to unlock achievement.

    Close Up
    Complete “Close Up” challenge. 5 gs
    Prequest: None.

    Hit the RS button to zoom. The game prompts you to do this.

    Kaboom
    Complete “Kaboom” challenge. 5 gs

    See The River.

    The River
    Complete “The River” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: Kaboom (1), The Turn (4)

    Kill 5 grunts with one grenade. I completed this challenge and the Turn challenge with one grenade. You might be able to complete the 3 challenges all at once.

    Train Wreck
    Complete “Train Wreck” challenge. 5 gs
    Prequest: None. Rip ability needed.

    When you get the rip ability, you are prompted to use it on the first train. To unlock the achievement, you will need to use the rip ability on two more trains. (There are more trains in the next area after you get the ability.)

    Incoming!
    Complete “Incoming!” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None. Death from Above ability needed.

    Barrage
    Complete “Barrage” challenge. 15 gs
    Prequest: Incoming!

    Shellshock
    Complete “Shellshock” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: Incoming! (1), Barrage (3)

    Use the Death from Above ability on 5 enemies. The move must kill all 5 to unlock the achievement.

    Fair Fight!
    Complete “Fair Fight!” challenge. 10 gs

    Cracker
    Complete “Cracker” challenge. 15 gs
    Prequest: Fair Fight (1)

    Kill 5 biomechs.

    Worthy Foe
    Complete “Worthy Foe” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None.

    Use zip kicks to the back of a biomech. Must kill 3 biomechs with the zip kicks to unlock achievement.

    Two Hit Wonder
    Complete “Two Hit Wonder” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None. Hiker Gun needed.

    Kill 2 grunts with one shot.

    Drive-by
    Complete “Drive-by” challenge. 20 gs
    Prequest: None. Hiker Gun needed.

    Kill 3 grunts while swinging with the hiker (note you have to be moving for it to count).

    Headshot Bonanza
    Complete “Headshot Bonanza” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: None.

    Get 50 head shots. I used the Tungsten for this (more ammo than Yelena). Just try to aim up and zoom. This is a piece of cake.

    Man Locked Up
    Complete “Man Locked Up” challenge. 5 gs
    Prequest: None.Tarantula needed.

    Use the gun's lock on to kill an unit inside the building area. This can be done in the next area if you save some ammo from the polycraft fight.

    Stroke of Luck
    Complete “Stroke of Luck” challenge. 5 gs
    Prequest: None. Bull Dog gun needed.

    Kill an enemy with the Bull Dog gun.

    Let the Dog Out
    Complete “Let the Dog Out” challenge. 15 gs
    Prequest: Stroke of luck

    Kill 3 grunts with a single shot.
    When you first get the gun, there is a building with 3 grunts on it. Watch out for the polycrafts.
    This challenge doesn't stack like The River does (so I'm guessing only ones without achievements on them do).

    Receiving End
    Complete “Receiving End” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None. Throw ability needed.

    Target a rock or any item you see lightly glowing. Then press and hold LT. Aim at what you want to throw it at, hit Y, then hit B.

    Jabber Man
    Complete “Jabber Man” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None. (I think it might be linked to Incoming! Confirmation needed.)

    See Feel the beat ya'll.

    Feel the Beat, Y’all!
    Complete “Feel the Beat, Y’all!” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: Jabber Man (10)

    Kill 30 grunts with hand to hand (note Death from above counts for these kills).

    Torn Into Pieces
    Complete “Torn Into Pieces” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None.

    While in the air, kill 1 polycraft. Use a Tarantula to kill it. You'll find 2 Tarantulas when you first meet this enemy. (I'm pretty sure I was standing on the building, not in the air. Confirmation needed.)

    Whoo-paah!
    Complete “Whoo-paah!” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None. Adrenaline needed.

    Near a grunt hit Y+B.

    Down To Earth
    Complete “Down To Earth” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: Go to Heaven

    Grab a grunt and hit Y. Target another grunt, hit B.

    Rocket Man
    Complete “Rocket Man” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None. Tarantula needed.

    Kill any 10 enemies with the Tarantula.

    Explosive Delivery
    Complete “Explosive Delivery” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: Let the Dog Out

    While swinging, use a bull dog kill 2 grunts (not at the same time).

    The Pinball Effect
    Complete “The Pinball Effect” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: Receiving End

    Kill 2 enemies with one throw.

    Spence is in the Air
    Complete “Spence is in the Air” challenge. 10 gs
    Prequest: None. Adrenaline needed.

    Use a finishing move on a polycraft.

    Air to Surface
    Complete “Air to Surface” challenge. 20 gs
    Prequest: Man Locked Up

    Like the Drive By challenge, kill 6 enemies with a tarantula while swinging.

    Pull!
    Complete “Pull!” challenge. 15 gs
    Prequest: Unknown (I was throwing cars at polycrafts, but it wasn't on my list at the time)

    Throw something at an enemy in the air (like the little bug enemies).

    Come Out and Play
    Complete “Come Out and Play” challenge. 20 gs
    Prequest: None. Adrenaline needed.

    Use a finishing move on a biomech.
    A good way to this is throw a rock at a biomech. It will be stunned for a few seconds. Grab their back then hit Y+B (You should be close when you throw, they get up quick.)

    Crowd Control
    Complete “Crowd Control” challenge. 20 gs
    Prequest: Lash Out (4)

    You have to whip at least 6 grunts all at the same time.

    Shoot ‘Em Up!
    Complete “Shoot Em Up!” challenge. 15 gs
    Prequest: Go to Heaven

    Grab a grunt, hit Y. Shoot them in the air (still holding the LT).
    When the game gave me this I already had 9 kills. You might be able to get this before the game prompts you to do Go to Heaven.

    The Pitcher
    Complete “The Pitcher” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: None.

    Kill 50 enemies. LT an item then target a grunt and hit Y then B.

    Poly Cruncher
    Complete “Poly Cruncher” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: Anti Air Measures!

    Kill 10 polycrafts.

    Biomech Sweeper
    Complete “Biomech Sweeper” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: Cracker

    Kill 15 biomechs.

    Whip ‘Em Good
    Complete “Whip ‘Em Good” challenge. 25 gs
    Prequest: Lash Out (4), Crowd Control (6)

    The 2 prequest will count towards this one, so whip at least 44 more grunts.

    Out of the Bush
    Complete “Out of the Bush” challenge. 30 gs
    Prequest: None. Story related, cannot be missed.

    Destroy Buraq.

    Can you dig it?
    Complete “Can you dig it?” challenge. 40 gs
    Prequest: None. Story related, cannot be missed.

    Defeat Mohole.

    Choke On That
    Secret Achievement. 50 gs
    Prequest: None. Story related, cannot be missed.

    It's a secret!

    The Collector
    Find all collectibles in the game. 50 gs

    150 collectibles in the game.

    Bionically Challenged
    Complete all challenges in the game. 50 gs

    There are ? in the game. Note The Collector is included with this achievement.

    End Game
    Complete the final mission. 50 gs

    Beat the game

    I got Hard
    Finish the game in Hard mode. 75 gs

    Beat the game in hard mode.

    I went Commando
    Finish the game is Commando mode. 100 gs

    Again in commando mode.
