A returning party member
Think back to the Grey Wardens in Dragon Age: Origins. This character is a mage who escaped from the Circle of Magi. He was a potential companion in Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening, where players could take on a quest to ensure his freedom. Have you guessed yet?
Alright, alright; I'll stop teasing. Game Informer have exclusively revealed that Anders will be returning in Dragon Age II. Players will now find that he has escaped from the Grey Wardens and is now using his powers to heal refugees from the Blight. Protagonist Hawke finds the mage in the slums of Kirkwall, after seeking out his help.

Do you want to know why his eyes now have a sky-blue glow? I'm afraid that you'll have to play the game for that answer.
Dragon Age II is due to be released on March 8th, 2011, in North America and on March 11th in Europe. A demo will be arriving on February 22nd. |

No real surprise. I enjoyed his commentary during Awakening.
But what I want to know is will Leliana be joining the party too? |

I love it when games like ME2, have reference to past choices in past games. Even if its just an email saying what happened to them after you helped. Hope he will comment in relation to the character you played and if you were friend or git (you couldn't really be his foe).
I hope to see some info on what happens to the baby, Morirgan and Hero, based on what happened. I ??? with her and the ??? at the end of the DLC. Would like to know more un-raveled, during the game.
EDIT-Thought I would remove some possible spoiler info. |

| See this is what I didn't want to see happen and I knew it was going to. The storyline pulls more and more away from the players control with each thing that they reveal. In my game of Dragon Age Anders ended up staying with the Grey Wardens for good. I really hope they include something to at least acknowledge this fact and don't make the fact that he's running away from the Grey Wardens now his storyline. I'd really like to not see my decisions in Dragon Age rendered invalid every step of the way as this is something Bioware has routinely avoided in their previous games. |
Looking to boost any MP achievements I don't have for any game I own. |

| Anders was easily my favorite Awakening character, so I'm glad to see him back. Will he still have Ser Pounce-a-lot? |

I'll be waiting for the ultimate edition, I calculated all the DLC for Dragon Age:Origins costs about £80 in points lmao. then if you bought the game for £40 on launch as well.. that's £120 damn! |

I totally loved him in Awakening...
I'm kinda hoping Dragon Age II comes with a character Anders doesn't like!! It should make for some entertaining conversations. |
