My account is correctly set to my time zone (America/Sao_Paulo GMT-3), but TA tells me that the time here should be 14:02, but the correct time here is minus one hour, 13:02.
We just left day light savings, but I think when day light savings were on, there was no problem.
I've tried other GMT-3 timezones, but didn't help.

Check again tommorow.
I'm just guessing, but maybe the servers have yet to update the DST settings for each reason and that probably happens after midnight. |

If you set your time to another -03:00 GMT zone, does it fix?

I'm willing to bet that the clock doesn't recognize Sao Paolo DST, and is instead going off when the Europe DST starts, which is March 27.

Brazil and Fiji are the only places where DST is observed before March 13th, so that's most likely the problem. |
