I don't think it's very good.
Just reminds me of 3 with better graphics.
Admittedly I'm only 4 missions in, but to me COD4 kicks it's ass. |

| To me this one one is much better than 4 as I absolutley hated the MP side of it, may well give this a go to see if it's better for me. Although after having an absolute blast on Zombie Nazi's tonight I think it's one of the most funnest experiences I've had on Live to date. |

| I like it, the campaign is good but I see what you mean it is very on the rails. Run, Gun, Cover moving from checkpoint to checkpoint. Can't wait to unlock zombie horde mode and start playing online (Still playing on Vet). |

| Like previously said it is a lot like 3. Although comparing it to 4 is probably a little unfair as they are set in completely different times. I had tons of fun on COD 3 MP - mainly capture the flag on Dam and it certainly reminds me of that. Therefore I am going to give this the thumbs up 9/10. |

Well for me Call of Duty has always been about the Multiplayer (to the extent that there could be no single player and I'd still pay full price) and in that regard I'm having a blast. CoD4 got it spot on and WaW is very similar yet in my preferred setting (WW2). Still, it's not perfect, the maps just don't seem to 'flow' or 'gel' sometimes, perhaps it's the size or the indirectness of design (ie over the top on the rooms and hiding places) and the spawns can be frustrating. Saying that the vehicles have been splashed in about the right number (no massive UO maps with just tank wars) and the weapons I've found thus far have been done well and then you also have the 'drop in' factor with everything so similar to CoD4.
Good fun, just because it's nothing really too new it's not going to hold me as long as CoD2 or 4 (both fantastic gameplay in different ways) but I'll be having a blast for a while. It;s made me miss the days of Pavlov and Brecourt though, CoD2 is still the shooter with my heart. ;) |

like the single player campain, the coop is a good idea but could do with being a bit different to the campain, the zombies are a great crack but i cant get into the multi player, the maps are too big with to many hiding places, good for campers but i like to run and gun. I love the way that you get limbs blown off, always makes me smile :)
it is a veryy good game but COD4 whoops it for multiplayer in my eyes |

I like COD4 much better. I liked the more modern feel of COD4.
COD4 also had guns that were easier to control. Lmfao. JK |

| I like COD4 more, but that may only be because I'm uncomfortable with the gun selection at the moment. Heck I'm only level 15 though so Im sure with time familiarity will come. |

| Well after playing multiplayer a little more, Im starting to get used to it. It isn't the best COD I have played but still its pretty good. And I thought the single player experience was pretty good as well. so what seemed like an overall dud game to me wound up not being so bad. Not great, but not bad. |

| I will also have to say the it is not as good as it could have been. Multiplayer did take some time to get used to after playing COD4 but it is still fun in its own ways. I was always using a sniper rifle in COD4 but I know use the submachine guns alot more. I digress, it could have been better but still turned out to be a good game. Both MP and single. Nazi Zombies was also a nice twist. |

Personally the only part of WaW I enjoyed was the single player, and that was just the Russian Campaign. The American side wasnt all that great.
The MP on the other hand, I could not stand. Suffers from the same reasons why i disliked COD 4 MP. Perks, kill streak bonuses, extremely easy and noob friendly, not fun, and completely generic.
To those saying ts like COD 3, WaW is nothing like COD 3 besides the fact they both are set in WWII and have tanks. If it was, I would be enjoying the game, as I love 3, and IMO best of the series in terms of MP |

I enjoyed cod4 probably a fair bit more but WaW wasnt that bad...
I guess WaW kinda depends on nazi zombies to make it the game it is today! |

| Cod 4 beats it hands down if u look at the average amount of people on in the first few months Cod4 had more dan Cod5 and the campaign was much better and the end was pretty good also der was away more maps i dnt understand why they reverted back to world war 2 also Cod4 won game of the year and Cod5 can not live up to that. |
