This is real racing…
Authenticity and realism are the buzz words surrounding the new developer diary which EA has released for forthcoming racing sequel Shift 2 Unleashed.
The latest video switches almost seamlessly between real-life racing action and stunningly realistic game footage. The development team, Slightly Mad Studios, are featured alongside professional racing drivers discussing how they have worked together to ensure that the follow up to smash hit title, Need for Speed: SHIFT, is as realistic as possible. | I've never been big into racing games, but this actually looks really good. Anyone have any recommendations on a game that is out now to get into the genre? |

i love my racing games and Shift 1 was really fun to play , unlike the slog fest that is Forza ..
For those that may have only played Need for speeds other game , the hot pursuit games ... its nothing like those . |

| The helmet cam is a huge leap forward. I've always hated driving from the cockpit view while drifting, but this will definitely add to the experience. The night racing will be awesome, there's just no other words to describe it. Forza had better come up with something 10x better than what they put into their last 2 games if they want to stay on top. |

That's just it though, a lot of my friends compare the two like CoD and Halo, always ranting on over which is the better racer, well I don't think either is better than the other, they're both amazing.
Both games play differently, and both have a damn good list of cars, tracks and racing capabilities, I had both, and loved both =] |
