I really think 2K needs to loosen up on the quitting...it's not fair when someone has 2 wins, leading the 3rd and then the dude quits, only for your match to be someone who cheats and uses the bunt to score runs...it's frustrating and i'm wondering if it's just me, but I feel a bit scammed by it. Just wondering if anyone agrees and thinks that the player who doesn't quit should be rewarded or given credit for a win...
A little pissed about it cause I find it hard enough to win online to begin with and I haven't heard of any boosting methods for ranked matches. |

| i don't understand what the counterargument is that keeps the developer from implementing that. it just makes sense that if someone is losing and quits, that is a forfeit and a loss for them (and therefore a win for you). anyone know a valid reason why that isn't the setup? |

Life, it's funny that way. |

| it's all some people will do, hoping you throw it away and they'll do it as much as they can...in real life no one does that and would it not piss you off if they could only score by bunting?... it may not be cheating, but i feel cheated playing people like that. |

| Certainly not cheating...if it's effective use of bunting by all means be ready for it. I mean if he's pulling off a bunt every time with a specific team...I would see why you are a bit frustrated. From what it sounds people are just playing the game...An explanation would really help us understand what you are trying to say. They bunt every time and get on base somehow? If so that's pretty stupid and I don't see how it's possible... |

If so that's pretty stupid and I don't see how it's possible...The throwing mechanic on this game is how you say, terrible. It is quite easy to throw the ball away, every single time, especially on a bunt. I wouldn't consider it cheating, but people do take advantage of a bad part of the game. Liken it to taking advantage of a glitch in a game for your advantage. It is not the same, but this is probably the best example. |

| ya i'm not gonna lie....I had the game as a rental and I had just one late opportunity to face the giants and beat them and I took full advantage of this method, so in saying this I guess I'm a hypocrite - but it is really frustrating and really easy to win this way. :( Was ashamed to play that way just to get a silly achievement...but last year some dick quit on me after I beat him legit so I really didn't wanna waste the opportunity. |
