To submit flag information, go to the game's page and click the Submit Game Information button under the game tile. From there, find the sentence that says 'If you would like to submit Achievement Flag information for this game then please click here.'
Changes can only be suggested by people who have won the achievement(s) in question, if you make flagging suggestions for a game that hasn't been flagged then we only accept them if you make the suggestions for all achievements in the game.

The buggy flag would in this case be the exception to the rule. If you submit the flagging request you should be sure you tried everything you could. Please also include a small description of what you tried and why you think it is buggy. We will do the rest of the legwork and determine if the achievement really determines the flag or not.

Unobtainable Game Header Notifier
Marking a game at the top in a BRIGHT RED BOX as having unobtainable achievements (how many, how much gamerscore, etc.) would be a huge help, I would think. Especially if we're in a store looking up a game on our phone to decide whether or not to buy. Or just whether or not to buy in general. |

As far as UEFA EURO 2008 goes, all of the achievements I didn't list are discontinued, and already marked as such. I don't think any other flags apply. Not really sure what else you're looking for...?
