Game freezing.

Anyone else having this issue? It's getting quite annoying

I'm stuck on the mission home coming and Don't know what to do. What a garbage game I got the same thing on the older versions, seems rockstar didn't put that much of effort to this one.

My game freezes every time I attempt to get my haircut in this game. What a broken pile of crap.

I'm completely stuck because of it.

Anyone having problems with the home coming mission, its the second time I restart the game and the game is always freezing. I'm getting tired of this pile of crap

Is that the one where you have to pick up Sweet from the police station near the end of the game? If so it froze up on me FOUR TIMES in almost the exact same spot, about 2 blocks away from the police station.

I ended up taking a different route, a longer way round and it didn't freeze. It was annoying the crap out of me too. The game froze on 3 other occasions earlier during the game also. Thankfully I have managed to 100% the game now and done with it. Great classic game but VERY buggy in parts :(

^Same here, crashed on me 3 times too, I just ended up picking him up in a helicopter though.

Mine froze after I completed the vigilante mission. Got the achievement and it froze two levels later.

Logged onto today to be greeted with a 14Mb patch, here's hoping this sorts some of the bugs out.

Have the same issue here, home coming mission.

The 14Mb patch didn't solve anything for me... Meh

The audio in cutscenes is still broken after the patch.

the only freeze problems i have had is when i tried using a helicopter to do home coming.

This is a legacy bug from the PS2 version.

It can be prevented by taking the longer route, and taking the car the mission spawns for you.

ok, i may be way off here, but did y'all do the casino robbery missions before Homecoming? because i didn't and Homecoming played out fine for me, twice (Sweet died first time so i had to do it again). had all the other reported bugs, but not this one. i've just gone back and done the casino after finishing the story, and noticed it didn't autosave after the final mission. i had to manual save to keep my progress. i'm wondering if that's what glitches Homecoming.
