Glitches in Be a GM?

So, I've tried 3 times now to get the Developer achievement, but every time I get to the draft and trade for the first overall pick, my game glitches out and shuts down before I can make a pick. I have the digital copy so it's not a disc scratch in a particular place or anything like that.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Yeah same issue. Get the 1st pick, don't make a selection and back out then auto draft.

I actually ended up looking at the guide a little while after posting this (I hadn't before because I thought it was fairly straight-forward) and saw that suggestion. Thanks anyway!

It's also weird how EA can manage to screw up something so simple.
