I wonder, though, if they're exactly the same disc contents as if you bought them separately. It'd be a little strange for the other disc to have the base game's multiplayer if it's already on the Undead Nightmare disc, and while all the the DLC was multiplayer-focused, there were two new weapons that you could use in the original singleplayer if you owned the DLC (the tomahawk and explosive rifle if I remember right).
