Fairly large file sizes for all of them though and my phone is already pretty full, I doubt I will be able to even DL any of them right away.

Well I don't know for Mass Effect since I don't have a WP8 yet but NBA Jam & Tiger are both $3 while Real Racing 2 is $5.

Umm...hate to break it to you, but there is DRM. They may not call it that, but it is what it is. And it may not be always-on, but it seems to require 'net at some point.

It also seems to require a check-in once every 24 hours.

Looks like it has some sort of DRM that will restrict transfer of used games.

Yeah from what I'm reading you have to pay a fee to play used games once the code has been assigned to an account . This will also basically make renting games pointless.

That would be a no-go for me.

I don't see the doom and gloom. The device is architecturally amazing if you know anything about that stuff. They announced there will be 15 1st party games in year 1.

The big thing for me was the announcement of Blu-ray support. BC is a bummer, but not a show stopper for me even with my collection as long as I can play on both.

Bad news for me is that I can't play the previous XBLA titles. Good news is, I can backward my GS and perhaps TA score and ratio (lol!).
