Well this weekend was a lot of work but got a ton accomplished. Got the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and hallway painted. Got a grill assembled it is one that is choarcoal on one side and then propane on the other. The last project of the weekend was to get the ground level in a 10 foot by 10 foot square because we bought a pool. So got that all done and then the pool and filter all set up and got the chemicals all set up so should be relaxing in the pool and have a couple beers tonight.

As far as xbox is concerned I have rather enjoyed doing the stuff around the house and have enjoyed the break. Haven't really missed playing to be honest. Turned it on a couple times to watch some Netflix but that was about it.

I do plan on playing again soon but until then I am enjoying time with the family and the house.

Well with my inlaws in town, college starting to get real, working on getting a promotion at work, and other real life stuff. So my xbox will not be turned on for a little while. So if you all don't see me on don't worry I shall return!

Well over the last week we have moved to our 1st home. I have started the monumental task of furnishing a home. My wife, 2 year old daughter, and myself went from a 2 bedroom apartment to a brand new 4 bedroom home. So there have been many trips to IKEA and many many many hours spent assembling the stuff we have purchased from there. Well it is all starting to come together. We don't have everything organized but for the most part it has become a home instead of a house.

My mom should arrive this sunday and is staying with us for 2 weeks so that should help out a lot around the house. She hasn't seen pictures of the new place so she is very excited to come down and check out the new casa.

Well I am a little under 2k gamerscore from getting to hear the douche booms after my name on the Achievement Hounds Podcast. The question is can I push through that last 2k this weekend or will it have to wait another week. With my mom getting here on Sunday morning and having to pick her up from the airport that would put all the gaming on tonight and tomorrow afternoon. I have some homework to finish up tonight and then my wife works tomorrow so it is just me and the kiddo at the house so we will see what I can do. I have waited 4 years to hit 100k so what is the harm of waiting another week.

Also I just got some good news from the apartment complex we moved out of. They found someone to rent our apartment so we will not have to pay the extra months worth of rent so gonna stash some of that money away for the NTSC-J console.

Well I would like to take a moment to tell anyone that ever looks at this if you aren't following StophJ, Phatal1ty, and Moroniccow's blogs you should start. All three of them are excellent people and they all make you feel welcome whether it be by talking to them on xbox live or sending them messages. I am in an xbox party alot with Mornoiccow and the other achievement hounds and must say they are some of the coolest dudes out there. They will help you with a variety of things and have a pretty awesome podcast. I don't mean to stir a drama pot but Phatal1ty is also part of a good show.

So today is the day I have been dreading for a while. Tonight the xbox's and games get gently placed inside a box that will be put in the car on Friday. Yes I know that it is only Tuesday but if I don't get them packed up and ready to go I will continue to play them and I might end up with a very wife.

In gaming news I did get some gaming in before I had to pack up the machines. Finished one quick playthrough of saints row 3. I enjoyed it. I did make 2 save files on it so I can go back and get the other endings for act 1 and act 3. Then there is a lot of cleanup left to do. I didnt do hardly any side missions or any of that stuff so have all that to do.

To my team for GSP marathon. I apologize about this week. I am not going to be putting up hardly any points. I might muster a few out of the windows phone but that will be about it. I dont get internet installed at the new place till 04/28/12.

Well all time for me to get back to work and do something to earn my paycheck.

I would like to start out by saying I hate the US Postal Service. Well not them specifically but the new post man I have. The old post office person would place a note in my mail box at my apartment advising me that I had a package. Well the new mail man just drops off the packages and doesnt let me know. So I called the office today to ask about packages and they said you have 3. GRRR, the good news is thanks to the Achievement Hounds Viral Games I have 2 games. The 3rd package is my Hori controller so pretty excited to get that and see how it works.

Been working on Shrek the 3rd. Pretty fun over all. Not a difficult game. Working on the Grimm difficulty should finish that off tonight and then start the charming difficulty. Charming should be a joke since I did it on Grimm all ready and have the damage and fairy power boosts.

After Shrek the 3rd gonna start on good old King Kong. back in the day I started the game and used the level select code to beat the game and get the 800 out of it so now gotta play all the way through it to get the completion.
