HI POG POSSE,

how you guys doing?

i've been chilling pretending to care about the jubilee and managed to pick up the arcade collection (pac man champ edition,uno,feeding frenzy,luxor 2 and boom boom rocket) for £2.50.

we have been getting alot of gaming news and it's hard to know what i'm most excited for here's a few games i think are worth getting excited for:

that's as far as this year goes anyway but something which i'm sitting on the fence about but i hope is well recieved and is great to play is

so with news coming in thick and fast it's easy to miss a amazing game it's just silly that everything is announced at once but that's E3 for you.

i've managed to reach chapter 11 in final fantasy 13 and it's became blindingly clear that there's lots to do all of a sudden which has thrown passing out the window all together.

what a year to be british i'm not quite sure why but i've heard it quite bit i mean olympics requires a interest in sport which lets face it is unlikely for a gamer to be interested in and today is the queens jubilee which requires you to be a royalist which is about 1% of britain.


i mean i don't if it's just britain or if america just is crazy with patriotic passion but i just isn't anything special however my theory is there's too much build up with nothing happening.

well big things have been going on a teaser for a new gears game i feel will relate to marcus's past i.e prison i hope kinect isn't involved also the dawngaurd trailer which will be intergrated into my rage for the week on sunday and thats about it

so before i start raging i thought i'd mention final fantasy 13 some more to start with i went in with a bitter attitude towards the game but slowly i've realised that there's alot more than meets the eye.

a good example is the battle system which at a first glance didn't seem to incorperate alot of strategy but suprisingly it pulls it off very well

while graphics are something what aren't needed for a great game in my oppinion they are jaw droppingly beutiful in final fantasy 13 which for some i understand will be a huge critical stand point if a game has bad graphics.

for me though the passing is what makes the game the careful well thoughtout dialogue keeps me wanting more however i'm not a fan of swapping between groups of people every 5 mins and even more characters been added as i go along it just seems a bit to busy when it comes to characters and the limit of 3 in your party is strange considering it's normally 4

ok peeps on to the rage of the week bioshock infinite why is it that irrational keep delaying it i mean it's coming out in early 2013 by then i'll probably be wrapped in other stuff like overstrike which for me sounds a awesome concept but back to the matter at hand i mean why developers don't just set a date which is acheiveable and if they finish early then release it early.

has the bioshock series been cursed with constant delays cause it seem that way with the franchise lets hope it worth the wait i doubt it though!

leave a comment below on what you think about the constant delays in video games? does it annoy you having to wait for a game or are you happy to wait knowing it might be a better game because of it.

i'm cutting down on the caps for the benifit of you guys

now the reason i'm doing the blog is cause i decided one isn't enough and i'm depriving you of awesomeness and my pog-tastic self

well it's been hot here in england which is like egypt having a rainy day

i've been playing final fantasy 13 and i'm having mixed feelings because it's a really slow burning game which introduces mechanics bit by bit the most suprising being that no leveling system is in the game till about 2 hours in

however i'm hoping it picks up i feel the pasing and momentum is good it's just a slow start and i'm hoping the meat of the game comes to light soon as the limited customization is upsetting

what are your opinions on the game do you feel it's a slow burner or is it just me?

WIERD START BUT MOVING ON AFTER A MONTH OF NOT BLOGGING AND PLAYING I'VE RETURNED TO BLOGGING AND IN JUNE I'LL BE GOING BACK TO XBOX 360.

SO FIRSTLY I THOUGHT I WOULD POINT OUT THAT I'VE NOT REALLY MISSED THE XBOX 360 I WISH I COULD SAY I HAVE BUT ACHEIVEMENTS STARTED FEELING LIKE A CHORE AND CASUAL GAMING WHEN I GOT A CHANCE WAS PRETTY FUN

SO WHAT HAVE I BEEN PLAYING WELL I GOT PULLED BACK TO MY DS TO FINALLY FINISH POKEMON BLACK (NOSTALGA ONLY GOES SO FAR) IT DISSAPOINTED ME QUITE A BIT AND DIDN'T HAVE A POKEMON VIBE (WHICH IS WIERD TO SAY) HOWEVER I FEEL IT'S BECAME OVERSATURATED AND SHOULD BE LAYED TO REST OR GO BACK TO IT'S OLD SCHOOL ROOTS!

FINAL FANTASY 3 I FINALLY GOT ROUND TO PLAYING ONE OF THE ONLY ONES I HADN'T PLAYED AND I REALLY ENJOYED FEELING THE AWESOMENESS OF HOW JRPG'S WAS COMPARED TO NOW.

REAL TIME BATTLES AREN'T STRATEGIC IMHO AND ENEMIES ARE WAY TO EASY COMPARED TO BACK THEN AND BOSSES AREN'T EPIC AND FRUSTRATING HARD LIKE THEY WAS, THEY ACTUALLY REQUIRED A STRATEGY BACK THEN


SO WHAT'S THE PLAN WELL I'M CONSIDERED PLAYING FINAL FANTASY 13 IN LITTLE SEGMENTS UNTIL I'M BACK IN XBOX PROPERLY WILL I RETAIN MY ACHEIVEMENT HUNTING SELF I'M HONESTLY NOT SURE?


FINALLY I HAVE ALOT OF RAGE TO VENT AGAINST SOME GAMES IN THE COMING WEEKS INCLUDING SKYRIM AND BIOSHOCK INFINITE SO LOOK FORWARD TO THAT

WHY ARE SO MANY GAMES THINKING THAT DAY 1 DLC IS OK QUITE FRANKLY IF IT'S DONE BEFORE RELEASE DATE IT SHOULD BE ON THE DISK AND MORE AND MORE ARE DOING IT LIKE
