Father's Day
Hey dad, at one point I was just a sperm cell swimming around in your ballsack.
Thanks for putting up with me then and now, dude.

Splatterhouse Merch collection (WiP)
If you know me at all, then you know I LOVE Splatterhouse. The new one. I frequently talk about it, don't hesitate to help people with it, force people to buy it, and even blow off women to talk about it some more.
(Interesting note, I 'have' played the old ones. And by today's standards, in my opinion, they're awful. They were awful back in the day too, but it was the shock value that drew people in. But I digress)
So I'm decided to get everything Splatterhouse (2010 of course) related possible. This doesn't nessisarily mean I'm buying the promo stuff, like a $90 t-shirt I saw on eBay. That's just overkill.
If I'm missing anything, let me know.
Shirts
I've found a fairly solid shirt. It's basically just the game cover. That's good enough for me.
Posters
I'd LOVE some high quality posters. Sadly, I've only come across one thus far.
Shoes
This one hurts. I DO need new shoes, but my feet are so goddamn big that they put Peggy Hill to shame. Probably end up ordering them anyways.
Soundtrack
I do have ALL the licensed songs. I'll end up buying the in-game instrumental stuff off iTunes or something.
Hat
I hate trucker caps. But I'd make an exception for Splatterhouse.
Strategy Guide
People still buy these?
360/PS3 copies
Guess which one I'm missing!
Mask Replica
This one I'm going to need your help with. It's about $30 off the Namco store, BUT they don't ship to Canada. If you order this and ship it to me, I'll totally cover the initial charge AND shipping.
Tattoo
Oh yes, I'm gonna paint the walls red with this one.

What a haul!
Boy howdy do I have a lot of games on the way.
From a 12 hour (currently ongoing) 10% off Future Shop sale (W/Free shipping!) I scored:
- Rogue Warrior
- Supreme Commander
- Bomberman Act Zero. Yes, I've decided to get a 2nd copy and try to finish it. Urgh.
And the big motherfucker; the one EVERYONE'S been telling me to do:
(Aside from Blood Drive, I mean)
- Raiden IV.
All for about 40 bucks.
Then there was the EA sale last week:
- Need for Speed Shift
- Need for Speed Hot Pursuit
- Need for Speed Shift 2
- The Sims 3
- The Sims 3 Pets
- Dragon Age 2
All for 70 dollars with shipping. Not bad, considering it's a bitch to find those three Need for Speed games for less than $60 combined.
Oh! And I scored Dance Dance Revolution Universe off eBay for about 13 dollars. I really don't want to play another one of these, because I know I won't finish it. But it'll help cement my spot for current music leader in Canada. A meager 4000TA lead isn't very comforting.
Lastly, I don't know if it really counts since I'm not keeping them, but I've also got a care package coming from a friend as well.
I have no idea what's there, but I've heard that rare Gold Edition of Ultimate Alliance is in there.
Whoopie.

Doom 3 Re-Release
Well, since everyone a couple people one dude wanted to know, here's my thoughts on the up and coming Doom 3: BFG Edition.
IM FUCKING PUMPED.
Not much more to say than that, exactly. Doom 3, for its time, was a technical masterpiece, sort of like the Crysis of its day. The only drawback was the gameplay. It was like an awkward hybrid of survival horror and classic Doom.
But too fast-paced to be the former, and too slow to be the latter. Also, the final boss was a joke.
I still dug it though, and would be more than happy to run through it again. The ex-pack was good as well.
Also, Doom 1 AND 2 are there? Give me some Master Levels and the Final Doom levels and shit will literally shoot out my ass so hard, that i'll rocket through the ceiling.
And the new Doom 3 levels? Mehhh. The new levels in the XBLA port of Doom 2 were good, but nothing spectacular. I expect the same.
The co-op mode from the xbox port (which was consequently modded into the PC version) should be there as well. That did Left 4 Dead before Left 4 Dead... kind of. It was more Left 2 Doom. Fuck that sounds lame.
What about a price? I'm down to plunk 60$ on it, but if they were smart, $40 or $50 would more than likely be a better sell. Doom 3's an old-ass game, after all.
Overall, I'm impressed, and can't go back to Hell this fall. Hopefully, the Quake 4 re-release will be something along these lines as well. Not a lazy-ass port that just replaces the Activision logo with a Bethesda logo.
I have Quake 4 on Steam. That's the ONLY change they made haha.
