I can't decypher Best Buy's Reward Zone Coupon Criteria
So once upon a time..... I received a cool coupon for 10% any regular priced video game or video game accessory from Best Buy and decided to use it.
I went to the game section, picked up a 1600MSP card, took it to the register and they couldn't accept the coupon for it. It wasn't a physical hardware item that can be used with the console, it was a "digital currency" card. So fine, made sense

So off I went back to the game section, looked over at their Value Games Section and found
Need for Speed: Most Wanted for only $20! "Alright!" I said, an awesome game I wouldn't mind adding to my collection, and the new
Samurai Shodown Sen for $9.99(not bad but didn't get great reviews so whatever is $10). So off to the register I went, even more excited about my findings. I get rang up, no discount. I asked the lady why they weren't applicable, she indicated the NFS:MW was discounted already since it was marked "value gaming" and the Samurai Showdown Sen was on clearance.

By now i'm annoyed. I don't know wtf this God damned coupon is worth so I go back and grabbed a $9.99 Nyko battery pack. This CAN'T fail now. It's an actual physical accessory that works in conjuction with the console.... right? So here goes trip #3 to the register, she rings me up, scans the coupon and (drum roll please)............... no discount!
C'mon man! for real?! I REALLY wanted to strangle her at this point. So I asked the lady to please explain how the heck can I tell what applies and while doing so a manager happens to pass by and she askes him the question. He did some tinkering
on the register and apparently figured out how to put the transaction through correctly. THANK GOD! Makes me wonder if that check at the register knew wtf she was doing from the get go. So I finally got to go home, and the cashier lived happily ever after...for another day. THE END
