Quite a few games coming out this year that have caught my attention. There's going to be a lot to play, not that I don't already have a backlog of unfinished games. (Oh, Castlevania LoS 2, why do you have to piss me off with your stupid stealth sections.) So with E3 a few weeks away, here's what I know of so far that I plan on picking up. I'll probably have to add things post E3. Maybe something will be announced that will give me a reason to get an X1 or PS4, cause right now there's nothing. I know this is an Xbox related sight, but this list is going to cover everything.
Starting with stuff that has known release dates.
May 20th
Drakengard 3
Other than Zero's weird ass flower eye, this game looks awesome. I've not played the first two, but this is supposed to take place before them. It's also from the people that made Neir, which was an odd, but enjoyable game. This looks heavy on action and lets me ride a dragon, so that's awesome.
May 30th
Mario Kart 8
I've already got my Mario Kart 8 WiiU bundle pre-ordered. I love Mario Kart. I own all of them. This one is looking fantastic. Ready to cuss at my friends for all the blue shells. Buying 4 classic controllers for it is going to be expensive....

Tales of Xillia 2
My favorite RPG series, this is probably my most anticipated game right now. Loved the first Xillia. Really liked what they did with the battle system. Can't wait for this one.
Those seem to be the only things that have actual release dates right now, so on to the more vague stuff.

Dynasty Warriors Gundam Reborn
Had fun with the first 3. Kinda annoyed this is coming out as a PS3 download only. I have the others as disk releases for my Xbox.

Ultra Street Fighter 4
Gonna pick up the retail release of this since I skipped over the AE DLC. Will also give me an excuse to go back and work on achievements for it.

I kinda suck at rhythm games, but I do like Miku. And it has favorites like, World is Mine, Decorator, Romeo and Cinderella, Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru, and more.

Bayonetta 2
The first Bayonetta is the pinnacle of hack & slash games as far as I'm concerned. It was just so over the top awesome, and this one looks to be even crazier.

Smash Bros
I had to edit to add this because for some reason I totally forgot about it while writing this up. Smash Bros games have always been insane fun. Looking forward to this.
Those are the games I plan on picking up day 1. There's some others that I'm not quite sold on yet, or might wait for a price drop. Might get the new Transformers game, but I'm not sure how I feel about the War for/Fall of Cyberton universe crossing over with the movie universe. And the game isn't being made by High Moon. And when Activision of all publishers, doesn't feel a game warrants a $60 price tag at release, it's definitely cause for concern. Might get Xblaze because of it being in the Blazblue universe, but I'm not sure how I feel about playing a visual novel. Still not sold on Destiny. Need to see more of it. I'll see how this list changes after E3.
