My Stats: March, 2013
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
Sweet lion of Zion! The site has changed so much this month. I'm still getting used to where everything is, but I can honestly say, this is the best site change since the inclusion of blogs. Hopefully you guys will find it easier to navigate the site and find the walkthroughs that many members of the community have helped to create. There is now a walkthrough tab on every game page, indicating whether there is or is not a walkthrough, or indeed if one is in progress. Thanks, Rich! Everything looks so pretty. I have included a screenshot of my stats page (as I always do), so you can easily see the difference if you take a look at my previous blog.
Of course the site also went over a DLC ratio change this month. Whilst I wasn't 100% in support of the new formula, I was in support of a change. The change gave me +7,507 TA, with my ratio increasing by +0.0587. Obviously the increase in TA Score is not why people should have voted for a change (though in many cases, I bet they did), but the increase was welcome. This change is not included in my Statistics below, aside from the first TrueAchievement milestone, which was inevitable.
As for my gaming, work has really slowed down my monday-to-friday gaming. However, it could do nothing to halt my weekend scoring. In fact, four of my best five days EVAR (in terms of TA) are from March 2013. The month as a whole was a vast improvement on the previous two months, which I'm sure is appreciated by the awesomeness that is M.A.T.E.. Whether or not I can continue this for the next couple of months, I do not know, but I do have some whore games just waiting to be whored, so I guess we'll see!
Unfortunately, my BINGO grid for March was very difficult, so I didn't focus too much on them. I did get two achievements, but both were so easy, I may have got them playing naturally anyway. See the BINGO section of this blog for more information on what the competition involves.
Another change from the past month was my acquisition of a Windows Phone! I'm a big boy now. I have put it to good use already, having downloaded pretty much all free games, completing two of them already. I'll work on the others, for sure, and will consider buying more, though I will have to restrict myself!
I won 203 Achievements in 14 games, for a total of 7,925 TrueAchievement points (4,180 GamerScore).
I don't know if I've ever completed this many milestones in one, but I do know I'm too lazy to find out. I had a chance of obtaining 4 on the 30th, but I ran out of steam, so couldn't be bothered to earn that last bit of GamerScore to take me over the edge. I'm sure everyone on my friend feed was getting bored of them anyway. Sorry guys!
13th: 135 Completed Games
15th: 240,000 TrueAchievement Score
24th: 88% Completion Percentage
30th: 140 Completed Games
30th: 250,000 TrueAchievement Score
30th: 6,000 Achievements Won
31st: 130,000 GamerScore
As you can see, I have completed two (free) WP games and three more Kinect Sports Gems, so that doesn't really indicate any real difficulty for completions. Crazy Taxi was definitely the most difficult completion of the month. It was much harder than I expected it to be when I started the game, but I must thank Beanpotter for motivating me to finish it. Thanks, buddy!
2nd: Halo 4 (again, but new DLC incoming)
13th: Crazy Taxi
24th: Kinect Sports Gems: Penalty Saver
24th: Kinect Sports Gems: Ping Pong
27th: Kinect Sports Gems: 10 Frame Bowling
29th: Sudoku (WP)
30th: Mini Ninjas Adventures
31st: Kinect Nat Geo TV DVD
31st: Minesweeper (WP)
This is a new feature to my blog. I have listed my top 10 games in terms of TA score from the past month.
2,934 - Kinect Nat Geo TV
1,657 - The Gunstringer
1,611 - Kinect Nat Geo TV DVD

86 - Kinect Sports Gems: Ping Pong
83 - Kinect Sports Gems: 10 Frame Bowling

Excluding completions and games listed above, I also earned achievements in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, Rock Band 2 and Gyromancer.

Best Achievements (TA Ratio)
My top 10 achievements are mostly from the awesomeness that is The Gunstringer. If you have a Kinect, and do not have this game, I HIGHLY recommend it. Sure, it's a tough completion (I'm still working on it), but it is such a fun game. I love Twisted Pixel.
1. 5.62 Big Spender in The Gunstringer
2. 5.42 The Last Undead Boy Scout in The Gunstringer
3. 5.00 Awesomeness Detected in The Gunstringer
4. 3.46 The Lone Star in The Gunstringer
5. 3.27 Real Big Scorin' in The Gunstringer
6. 2.92 Why Would You Even Do This? in The Gunstringer
7. 2.91 Real Big Specialin' in The Gunstringer
8. 2.79 Turbo Deflation in The Gunstringer
9. 2.70 Real Duck Huntin' in The Gunstringer
10. 2.59 The King Pin in Kinect Sports Gems: 10 Frame Bowling
The To-Do Destiny Bingo has now finished it's second month. I am sad to say that I neglected my grid this month. Out of the 24 achievements, I only unlocked two achievements, so earned just two points (compared to the 39 I achieved in the previous month. My ToDo List was a mean, mean villain. More info here.
Completed Bingo Grid for March:
It's quite clear that my grid for April is easier than my previous one. However, it seems that my To Do List really wants me to play Angry Birds. I have no intention of doing so, but I may clean up some of those easier ones (Stacking, Kinect Party and Fable: The Hero). There is a chance I could get a BINGO. Certainly the middle column is doable. I don't expect to get any more than that.
