Today I have one code for a Unicorn Pet for your avatar! All you have to do is tell us your favorite fantasy series, be it a TV show, book, video game, or something else!

Important Note: to keep things fair, all Free Code posts from now on will be limited to one entry per medium. That means one blog comment, one twitter post, etc. You can enter once in each entry method, but multiple entries will be disqualified.

Captain Spacker Does Cowboy Bebop count? It's a cool anime but don't let that put you off, it's very accessible and not really Japanese. That's probably because it mashes up a whole load of Western genres like noir, sci-fi. Also, it has perhaps the best soundtrack of all time using a big, brass band to cover a great deal of styles and genres. It mashes together really well into 26 20 minute little episodes and the episodes show a great deal of variety. Toothball I tend to go for sci fi series over fantasy. Since the Captain above mentioned anime, I think I'd pick Slayers as my favourite fantasy series.

Firiath I used to be a huge LotR fan, but when I read the "A Song of Ice and Fire" series this quickly became my all-time favourite. The TV series is also really amazing, so it's ASoIaF for me.

GWARRRRR My favorite fantasy would be the lore of GWAR. Hailing from way past Uranus, they have been banished to this stinking mud-ball planet called Earth from their home plant Scumdoggia for stinking up the planet due to eating way too many chilli cheese burritos. Imprisoned in a frozen Antarctic tomb they were released due the the rise of hair metal farmers using way too much hair spray causing a hole in the o-zone layer and in turn unfreezing them. Since then they have been slaying humans who willingly sacrifice themselves to their unholy overloads.

AraknidX The Sword of Truth books by Terry Goodkind. Still working through the series (on book 8 of 13 at the moment) but it's been an awesome journey so far.
Definitely recommended to anyone who likes the fantasy genre.

LurkingWriter Terry Pratchett's Discworld - easily my favourite "Fantasy" setting ever. Plus, having met the man (and shook his hand), makes me more inclined to like everything he does - genuinely nice man who's as funny in person as he is in print.

ostatnie Zyczenie (Last Wish), Miecz Przewznaczenia (The Sword of Destiny), Krew Elfów (Blood of Elves), Czas Pogardy (Time of Disdain), Chrzest Ognia (Baptism by Fire), Wieza Jaskólki (Tower of Seagull) and Pani Jeziora (Lady of the Lake). Good piece of fantasy. I think only two of the are availble in English edition. Too bad. It's really entertaining and worth time spent :)
Btw, Harry Potter isn't fantasy. It's shit (with all due respect) :]
