I haven't downloaded many arcade games for one simple fact: They don't keep me interested for very long, but this game is different.
I've been playing this game since last Christmas and only got around 100 GS on it.
Undertow has 3 acts with 4-5 chapters in each of them in it's campaign, it also has three difficulties: casual, normal, and Ultra.
Undertow also has an offline and online multi-player in it, just in case you get board with the campaign.
This game runs at 800MSP (which is about $10)
There is a total of 200 GS you can get (same with most arcade games)
This game isnt bad if you like shoot 'em ups, but if you more of an action or puzzle type player you may want to look at a different game
Just a few other things:
1. it has good graphics for an arcade game
2. the controls are fairly easy to remember
3.It has a plot with some nice artworks in its cut-scenes (and a skip button in-case you just want to play the game)

This game is pretty good especialy to say it was free. i herd that it was a free download so i straight downloaded for the achievements, i didn't really expect it to be very good infact i expected it to be crap. But actually it is a decent game, probably the best free arcade although their are not many. Most of the achievements are easily obtained although completing it on the hardest mode and geting 10,000 kills is a bit of a r8 grind. It takes quite a while and gets boring.
Graphics 4.5/5 one of the best looking arcades
sound 4/5 solid voice acting
gameplay 4.5/5 easy learning curve
lasting appeal 2/5 most of the multiplayer has now died but their were some good times
overall: 4/5 Great game!
