first off i meant to buy this game when it first came out but i had only started to play fight night round 3 which i fully enjoyed.
EA have brough in a new total fight control system to Fight Night round 4 where 95% of your punches are controlled through the right analog stick. (This was hard to get used to as with FN3, you could easily duck and dive and land easy haymakers with the RB button.)
There are 3 different modes that you can play being fight now were you can pick or use a created boxer to fight the cpu, legacy mode were you can use your created boxer or restart a legends career for example, mike tyson and also tommy from rocky v. the last mode is of course online, which i found to be quite hard to connect too, and once connected i got my ass handed to me on a plate several times.
Overall this is a very good game with great graphics and gameplay, and much improvement on fight night round 3.
pros:-
great graphics
good solid flowing gameplay with no lag on single player.
ability to change boxing gear including shorts, gloves, boots, robes etc.
quick learning curve
cons:-
achievements that are online based are stupid and should have been kept solely for single player.
The belt achievements for the three belts is ridiculous.
no chance of hitting 1000gs due to achievement list.
Overall i give a 7 out of 10, due to the online achievements. apart from that very enjoyable.!
