Uninstall the game and dlc and clear HDD cache; then re-install game, download the title update if there is one & then finally re-download the DLC ?

Don't play it.

i've already installed / deleted the game and the DLC .. i havn't cleared my cache, maybe that will work..

OK, so it's possible to get the DLC working, but if it was glitched before then the achievements won't unlock.
