Companies like Gamefly and Gamestop would go out of business if they do that. And who is promoting the games the most, those guys.

Microsoft won't put a leash on used games. They make no money by doing that. Only EA and the other big guys do. So why upset the community?

I agree completely, I'm starting law school in the fall so I won't have much time to game for the next few years which is fine because I then can wait to see what happens

As a hardware provider, I don't feel MS has the right to try to restrict used games. They gain nothing by doing so but lose a whole lot...

It's the responsibility of the software provider to figure out how to conquer piracy and the used game market, not MS.

Yeah, MS makes games too, but they are so few and far between compared to the rest of the market. They are gonna really kick themselves if this is true.

Mainland Europe (the majority at least) will be fine, UK included...plenty of no cap options available

schemes will be a nonissue. As it stands, ISPs in many parts of the world are still strangling their customers and are largely not reliable enough to support these things
